About Ledger

Ledger is a French company specializing in the security of digital assets, particularly crypto-currencies. Founded in 2014, it is renowned for its secure physical wallets. The objective? To offer a secure way to store crypto-currencies and reduce the risk of piracy. Complementing its storage solutions, Ledger offers innovative services to enhance security in the digital asset ecosystem.

With almost 700 employees and offices in Portland, London, Paris, Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, Geneva and Singapore, Ledger is not just redefining the world of crypto-currencies. It's a veritable ecosystem where technological innovation is interwoven with a philosophy of living, working and sharing knowledge - as with the Ledger Academy.

It's this subtle balance between technological revolution and inclusive mentality that makes Ledger so much more than a tech company. It embodies a community where innovative ideas are combined with human values, creating an environment conducive to personal and professional fulfillment.

Webinar speakers

REDA NAFAA - Global Real Estate & Workplace Director

Between his experiences at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE over almost 10 years, Reda has immersed himself in the real estate sector. Since September 2021, he has joined French unicorn Ledger with a clear ambition: to manage Ledger's office subjects in France and internationally, and create a fluid hybrid working environment for employees. A mission he has been brilliantly fulfilling for the past 2 years!

CAROLYN KOCH - Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement Lead

Arriving at Ledger in September 2021, at the same time as Reda, Carolyn immediately immersed herself in the subjects of corporate culture and employee experience. These are highly topical issues, which she is passionate about and masters in all their subtleties. Over the past two years, Carolyn has reinvented the Ledger experience, putting employee productivity and well-being first.

FRANK ZORN - Co-founder of Deskeo

Born in Germany, Frank Zorn began his studies with an internship at eBay. He stayed for 7 years, accompanying the hypergrowth of this e-Commerce behemoth. Recruited by Rocket Internet in 2009, Frank decided with two other entrepreneurs to found the start-up CityDeal, modelled on the American Groupon. He took part in the company's rapid expansion: 48 countries in 2 years. Growing from 0 to 700 employees in just a few months, the start-up was forced to change offices several times. It was from this problem of flexible offices that another start-up was born in 2016, which Frank Zorn co-founded with Benjamin Teboul, his real estate broker at the time: Deskeo. Today, Deskeo is the market leader in serviced flexible offices: the company has over 100 employees and offers nearly 100,000m2 in Paris, Ile-de-France and Lyon.

What to remember?

Culture and values

Ledger's corporate culture is characterized by an international dimension, vibrant youth, and strong values such as pragmatism, audacity, transparency and commitment. In this spirit, Ledger organizes numerous events such as general meetings and "Ledgerdary" days to engage, inform and fully integrate its employees within the company. This culture fosters innovation, open collaboration and a genuine learning culture.

A tailor-made onboarding program

Their onboarding program features a personalized, immersive approach. During the first week, new talents are plunged into the heart of the action. They discover how each team operates, how they interact with each other, and how they contribute to achieving Ledger's global objectives. This approach enables employees to quickly understand the company's internal dynamics and feel integrated into the Ledger ecosystem.

Flexible workspace organization

Faced with rapid growth, Ledger has had to be flexible in the organization of its workspaces. The aim is to encourage employees to come to the office. This translates into a balance between their personal and professional needs, and the creation of multi-purpose workspaces adapted to the different types of business present. Currently, the organization of their spaces varies between flexible workspaces, dedicated offices and a "remote first" approach. They approach space design in a way that encourages human interaction and attracts young talent. Their aim? To create the best possible experience.

See you in a few months to discover their new 7,000 m2 offices in the heart of the Marais district, with their emphasis on conviviality!
