National Office Day is back for its 5th edition on June 11, 2026, and Deskeo is here once again to give you free access to its most beautiful spaces for a day.

A day to think outside the box—literally

The concept behind National Office Day hasn’t changed, and that’s precisely what makes it so effective: a whole day to work anywhere… except from your usual desk. Organized by Ubiq, this initiative invites employees, freelancers, and executives to set up their computers in a different location, meet new people, and get a change of scenery.

In 2025, more than 2,000 workspaces were made available for free throughout France. In 2026, the ambition is even greater, and at Deskeo, we’ve decided to pull out all the stops.

This year, 7 Deskeo spaces are opening their doors for the occasion, from Paris to Lyon. You’re sure to find the location that suits you, whether based on your neighborhood or your current mood.

Why change your work environment, even if just for a day?

Since remote work has become widespread, expectations regarding the office have changed. People no longer come to the office "because they have to"; they come because it offers something that working from home cannot: stimulation, connection, and collective energy.

Changing your surroundings, even just for a short time, has very real effects:

• Creativity is sparked by a new and unexpected environment
• Monotony fades when the setting changes
• Encounters happen more naturally in spaces designed for interaction
• The team bonds over a shared, informal experience

In short: stepping out of the office can sometimes help us move forward much faster than staying there.

The 7 Deskeo spaces open for National Office Day 2026

This year, we’ve gone all out. Here are the locations offering free access for the occasion:

La Casa Deskeo – Victoire | Paris 9ᵉ | 5 workstations

This is where it all began. Casa Deskeo, which serves as both our headquarters and our first Hopper Coworking location, embodies our vision of the office: a place where you feel at home from the moment you walk in, without compromising on productivity. Bright spaces, a fluid flow, and a balance between moments of interaction and periods of focus. And on-site, a barista is there to serve you throughout the day.

Jadin-Monceau | Paris 17ᵉ | 12 postes

Just a four-minute walk from Parc Monceau, this Haussmann-style mansion—connected to a modern building via a private courtyard—looks like something straight out of a movie. It combines the elegance of the past with the comfort of the present, creating an atmosphere that naturally invites you to look up from your screen and take a moment to relax. A distinctive destination for a day that’s out of the ordinary.

Peupliers | Boulogne-Billancourt | 12 postes

Looking for fresh air and a view? Espace Peupliers is a six-story building with a rooftop and a coffee bar in Boulogne-Billancourt. With clean lines, natural materials, and plenty of natural light, and at the very top, a terrace where you can rise above it all—both literally and figuratively.

Chauchat Richelieu | Paris 9ᵉ | 45 postes

This is the largest space at this year’s event, and naturally one of the liveliest. With 45 workstations available, our Chauchat Richelieu space welcomes both individuals looking to focus and teams wanting to spend a day together in a stylish setting. Bright, flexible, and conveniently located in the 9th arrondissement, it’s a sure bet for this year’s event.

Neuilly – Charles de Gaulle | Neuilly-sur-Seine | 12 postes

Just a stone's throw from La Défense, this elegant, light-filled space is designed for those who enjoy working in a premium environment without being right in the thick of Parisian hustle and bustle. Saint-Anne | Paris 2ᵉ | 18 postes

Located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, Saint-Anne spaces combines sleek design with a soothing atmosphere. It’s a central, easily accessible spot with a truly welcoming vibe. It’s the perfect place if you want to spend the day exploring a new Parisian neighborhood between work sessions.

Next Lyon | Lyon 6ᵉ | 20 postes

📍16 rue Juliette Récamier, Lyon

Since National Office Day isn’t just celebrated in Paris, Deskeo is also opening the doors to its Lyon location. Next Lyon is a modern, bright space in Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, for all Lyon residents and visitors who’d like to enjoy a change of scenery for the day.

What happens after the event?

The event may be over, but the desire to work differently doesn’t stop there. Many people, after attending National Office Day, rethink how they organize their week, and some end up joining our Hopper Coworking spaces on a regular basis.
