Deskeo designs Eurailscout headquarters

Located on the Quai de Jemmapes in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, the new headquarters of Eurailscout, a European specialist in railway infrastructure surveillance and maintenance, represents a key stage in the company's development. Faced with a space in need of refurbishment, Deskeo took on a double challenge: transform 900 m² into modern, functional offices for 100 workstations, while meeting the challenges of open space working.

With only two months to complete the transformation, our teams demonstrated flawless organization. But at Deskeo, challenges don't stop us - they inspire us!

A change management mission

Even before laying the first stone of the project, we accompanied Eurailscout in an essential step: interviewing their employees. The aim of this dialogue was to prepare teams for the transition from a closed office environment to a dynamic workspace, while familiarizing them with the use of open spaces, phoneboxes and meeting rooms. This participative approach laid the foundations for a project aligned with their expectations and needs.

Tailor-made design

Eurailscout's new offices are not just a workspace; they tell a story. Every detail and layout has been designed to reflect the company's identity and ambitions. The company's DNA is reflected in unique design choices, blending modern and sustainable materials. PVC floors bring a contemporary touch to social areas, while carpeted meeting rooms provide a setting conducive to concentration. Tailor-made fittings, such as an elegant kitchen and comfortable bench seating, reinforce the impression of a warm, functional space.

But the project doesn't stop there: we also anticipated Eurailscout's future needs. The spaces are flexible, designed to evolve as the company grows. What's more, part of the offices have been fitted out in Plug & Play mode, offering the possibility of being rented independently.

A project with a sustainable impact

Because every detail counts, we took care to integrate a responsible dimension into this project. Second-hand furniture was carefully selected for the phoneboxes and meeting rooms, proving that sustainability and aesthetics can go hand in hand.
