When CDC Investissement Immobilier entrusted us with the design of the Rhapsody Business Center, the challenge was clear: to create a business center and an auditorium that would embody the spirit of the place while offering a high-end, seamless, and cohesive work experience.

The result? 500 square meters completely redesigned at 2 Avenue de la Liberté in Saint-Ouen, in a building already steeped in a rich narrative inspired by the legendary Saint-Ouen Flea Market.

A Business Center Inspired by the Spirit of the Flea Market

Inspired by the unique atmosphere of the Saint-Ouen Flea Market, the Rhapsody Business Center offers a contemporary and refined reinterpretation of this eclectic spirit. The goal was not simply to create a workspace, but to extend the identity of the ground floor into the workspaces themselves.

We envisioned a professional workspace structured around large meeting rooms bathed in natural light. Generous spaces, designed to foster interaction, creativity, and comfort.

Surrounding these central spaces are more informal areas: custom seating, alcoves, and a welcoming tea room. These are necessary breathing spaces to punctuate the day and encourage spontaneous encounters.

A Custom Architectural Project

From designing the plans to installing the furniture and signage, we managed every stage of the project.

Concept development, material selection, furniture choices, branding, greenery, and wayfinding signage throughout the ground floor to guide foot traffic: every element was designed to enhance the user experience.

The work with materials plays a central role. Textured carpets, glass block partitions, carefully selected fabrics, custom-designed furniture… Every detail contributes to the identity of the space. The chic aesthetic interacts with warmer touches, creating a subtle balance between elegance and warmth.

The transition area leading to the auditorium is a highlight of the project. A true pivotal space, it blends artistic murals, functional furniture, and shared uses, before opening onto a 250-square-meter auditorium designed to host conferences, presentations, and professional events.

An enhanced range of amenities

The space designed by our Design & Build teams complements an existing range of amenities, including a dining area, a fitness center, and a 3,800-square-meter rooftop with panoramic views. This is a real asset for occupants, who can plan their days, meetings, and events without ever leaving the premises.

A seamless experience from start to finish

Beyond aesthetics, this project reflects a strong focus on functionality. Nothing was left to chance: every decision serves a specific purpose.
