Deskeo signs a new space in the 17th arrondissement of Paris
Deskeo, a subsidiary of the Knotel group, world leader in flexible offices, is increasing its presence in the most sought-after areas of the capital with a new location in the Batignolles district. Already located at 33 rue Truffaut (300 m2) and 9 boulevard Gouvion-Saint-Cyr (4200 m2), Deskeo is opening a third flexible office space in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, at 43 avenue de Clichy, in the highly sought-after Batignolles district.
The building is located a few steps from Place de Clichy (line 2 and 13). The Pont-Cardinet station, soon to be connected to line 14 of the metro (summer 2020), is also nearby, providing a quick connection to La Défense. This building offers an environment combining urban dynamism with numerous restaurants (rue des Dames, rue Legendre, etc.) and the calm of Parisian green spaces with the Square des Batignolles and the Martin Luther King Park less than 15 minutes away on foot. The space leased by Deskeo consists of a 900 sq. m. fully refurbished plateau with its own private terrace.
The lease was signed with AEW, the owner of the property, and the transaction was conducted through Evolis.
Benjamin Teboul, co-founder of Deskeo: "The signing of this third space in the 17th arrondissement allows us to increase our presence in the north-west of the capital, a sector that is increasingly in demand by companies, particularly with the forthcoming arrival of the metro line 14 at Pont Cardinet. Deskeo now has 5,400 sqm of flexible office space in the 17th arrondissement where we intend to expand further. We are delighted to have completed this transaction with the Evolis team, with whom we are doing our first deal. Deskeo has further strengthened its relationship with AEW, one of the first real estate companies to have trusted us to operate its space.
