IHG Hotels & Resorts recently commissioned Deskeo to carry out a complete renovation of its Paris headquarters on Rue Mogador in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The goal: to transform a historic space into a showcase of high-end design, in keeping with the group’s standards of excellence. A challenge met with elegance and precision.

Its expertise is rooted in a keen sense of hospitality and service—values that are reflected in every one of its properties. Its Paris headquarters naturally had to align with this philosophy and extend this commitment to the workplace.

Based in Paris’s 9th arrondissement for over twenty years, IHG took advantage of the renovation of its building to completely redesign its offices. For a year, our Design & Build teams led the project with a clear goal: to incorporate the hallmarks of luxury hospitality into a fluid, structured environment tailored to everyday use.

The office space, a true architectural gem located at the corner of Rue Mogador and Rue Saint-Lazare, boasts a breathtaking view of the Church of the Trinity. This setting, combined with the Haussmann-style architecture, guided the project’s design. The spaces are organized around curved lines that guide movement, from a versatile lobby to an open space with about thirty workstations.

The floor combines the mineral texture of terrazzo with carpet, which provides acoustic comfort. The curved partitions, finished in dark walnut with black accents, define the spaces while creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.

The choice of materials was key to reflecting the project's high-end positioning.

Spanning 330 square meters, the offices currently accommodate 32 employees and serve a wide range of purposes. A 14-seat boardroom provides a premium setting for hosting partners and clients. The bright open-plan space accommodates around thirty workstations, complemented by a flexible workspace. Several meeting rooms of various sizes provide spaces suited for small group discussions or moments requiring greater privacy.

This project illustrates a strong conviction: an office can become a true extension of the brand experience. At IHG, it now fully embodies the French art of hospitality.
