When Octopus called on Deskeo, the objective was clear: to make their future headquarters a lively, unique place, deeply aligned with their DNA. The result? A neutral, dated plateau, still cluttered with soulless furniture. Everything had to be rethought. Transform everything. And above all: to resonate with the Octopus identity.

Octopus

Octopus Energy is a green electricity supplier, arriving in France in 2021. Their model is based on 100% renewable energy, clear tariffs, and ultra-efficient management thanks to their proprietary Kraken technology. Their mission: to make energy simpler, more accessible and more environmentally friendly - without compromising on service.

UN SPACE
Where every detail counts

When we visited their future offices for the first time, the conclusion was clear: a partitioned, somewhat dated plateau, cluttered with impersonal furniture. Everything had to be done. The challenge went far beyond the layout: it was to design a space that fully embodied the Octopus universe. An expressive, colorful, welcoming environment, where the company's energy is immediately felt. Our Design & Build team worked hand in hand with Octopus for 6 months to bring this space to life. Decompartmentalization, volume rearrangement, audiovisual integration, furniture recycling: every step was designed to reveal their identity while optimizing the use of the space.

Visually, the bias is strong: mural frescoes, electric carpets (blue, fuchsia pink), white earthenware highlighted by colored joints, pink PVC... A creative playground where the Octopus logo is even displayed in the video rooms.

One of the project's key features is the Octopub: a central space, halfway between a place to relax and a collaborative forum, imagined as the beating heart of team life.

And because transformation doesn't mean starting from scratch, we integrated some of the existing furniture - desks, meeting chairs - to give it a second life in a completely redesigned setting.

A technical, identity-building and deeply collaborative project, which illustrates our mission at Deskeo: to create spaces as unique as the companies that inhabit them.
